Pastor Mark Janowski
Pastor
Pastor Mark joined the staff in December 2025. He also serves as a chaplain in the Michigan Army National Guard. He and his wife, Alicia, share their home with three energetic dogs who keep life lively. When he’s not engaged in ministry, he’s often working on one of many ongoing house projects, doing carpentry, exercising, or enjoying time outdoors—whether hiking, camping, or archery. He is passionate about walking with people in their faith journey, whether they are just beginning to know Christ or have followed Him for many decades, and he counts it a privilege to come alongside others as they grow in Him together
Athena Bolt
Office Administrator
Athena joined the staff at Cadillac CRC in May 2022 as the Office Administrator. Athena helps with the logistics of the many ministries of the church. Athena maintains the church calendar, prepares the weekly bulletin, and updates the website and member records. She is ready to help with printing, ordering supplies, bulletin announcements, and reserving the facilities, among other things. She is always happy to meet new members, chat with long-time members, and answer questions anyone may have about the church ministry.
Beth Mulder
Treasurer and Kids Hope USA Director
Beth joined the staff in 2008 as the Kids Hope Director. Since then, she has served in various ministry positions and in 2017 was hired as the Treasurer for the church. Leaving the position of Kids Hope Director in the summer of 2019, Beth now dedicates her time in the office to her treasurer role. Along with handling the financial transactions of the church, Beth works with the Finance Team preparing the annual budget and overseeing the church's financial goals.
